Frederick Hodder

 

I grew up with photography, in the West, Colorado and Wyoming. My life's travels took me to many corners of the globe, Japan, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, the English countryside. Landscapes, panoramas, the natural world were all subjects to my cameras.

Collaborations

Three years ago I began to introduce abstract art images into my composite photographs. These images have come from visual artists, principally my wife Monroe Hodder. In addition to layering multiple photographic images, this allowed me to bring atmosphere, color, artistic detail and other painterly elements into my photography.
